Diane McQueen

Diane serves as both a performance coach for CPRC and a clinical counselor for LGC.  She brings 26 years of experience to the firm helping executives, teams and individual contributors manage an array of life challenges.  She is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Clinical Counseling Program and licensed as a Professional Counselor.  A recognized coach and author on emotional well-being, Diane is also nationally acknowledged as an expert in peer relationship management and emotional intelligence issues.  She has provided EAP consultation and assessment for businesses and organizations around the country.  Diane has served on Virginia’s Board of Professional Counselors.  Her memberships and affiliations include The National Board of Certified Counselors, The American Mental Health Counselors Association, The National Association for Drug and Alcohol Abuse Counselors, and The Philadelphia Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology.
