Ross DeSimone
Ross is the Managing Director for the Corporate Psychological Resource Center (CPRC). Ross has been delivering human capital engineering solutions to companies worldwide since 1985. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Temple University, Ross is a business psychologist who specializes in executive development, placement assessments, organizational evaluation, and team enrichment. Successes of Ross’ work have been cited in Employee Assistance Quarterly, The Health Care Supervisor, Pest Control Magazine, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Boston Globe, Expatica.com, The Pennsylvania Psychologist and Transportation and Distribution. Ross has also appeared on the TV talk show Philly Live and WHP-CBS-21 News as a subject matter expert discussing critical workplace issues and best organizational practices. In addition to CPRC, Ross has served on the faculty of Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, offered guest lectures at Immaculata and Villanova Universities and contributed as an adjunct professor with Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Psychology. Ross served as the Chair for the Pennsylvania Psychological Association’s Business and Psychology Partnership Committee,. He has also been Pennsylvania’s representative to the American Psychological Association for the Business of Partnership Network .
