Receive a personalized assessment of your communicative style, a developmental roadmap plan, and individualized coaching. You will leave the program understanding the strengths and limitations of your communicative style and its impact on your overall current (and potential) professional effectiveness.
Santa’s Leadership Secrets: A fun but powerful way to gain perspective on your formal and informal leadership strengths and developmental gaps. While building your portfolio for the future, this self-discovery process helps you apply real-time leadership techniques to your current work circumstance. This program is well-received by emerging leaders, succession candidates, project managers and team leaders.
Tribal Leadership: You will improve your personal effectiveness with the influential and persuasive challenges in your work environment. It is particularly relevant for professionals who do not hold formal management accountabilities, but are expected to rally people through informal leadership approaches. By the end of the program, you will understand your current effectiveness as a leader as well as approaches to enhance your persuasive efficacy.
All of our professional development workshops feature:
- Small groups for only 5-7 participants.
- Personalized assessment – either a multi-rater evaluation or a self-administered inventory.
- Three, 2-hour sessions conducted at CPRC’s main office.
- Homework geared to apply learned techniques in the context of your business accountabilities.
- Participant mix from regional organizations to promote cross-industry/functional enrichment.
- Personal and customized developmental roadmap plans.
- Program materials (books, workbooks, development plan templates, etc.)
